COVID-19 Office Updates

If you are ill with flu-like symptoms, please call to reschedule your eye appointment.

If you were or someone you have come into close contact with was exposed to the COVID-19 virus, or you have traveled to a high-risk area for COVID-19 outbreak, please postpone your appointment. We are happy to reschedule this for you.

Our office is open. We are limiting the number of customers in our store so we ask that you call before you arrive, so we can provide you with important information on our store protocols. You must wear a mask before entering the office. We require you to sanitize your hands and are taking temperatures upon entry. Your health is important to us. We already practice the highest infection control measures put in place by the Center for Disease Control. We are taking extra precautions to ensure your safety.

We continue to closely monitor and receive guidance from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), The World Health Organization (WHO), the American Optometric Association (AOA), and the MN Department of Health (MDH). As this situation changes, we will make the necessary adjustments, and keep you informed.

If you have an eye appointment, we ask that you stay in your car upon arrival and we will review your health history over the phone. If you have provided us with an email address, you may use the portal eyeclinic.net to complete your health history prior to your appointment.
